Payment/Cancellation Policy
$500 Down payment to hold your day.
Balance due in full 48 hours prior to event.
If paying by check, payment required 7 business days prior to event.
50% Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days prior to event.
Not refundable if cancelled within 7 days prior to event.
$250.00 cleaning deposit required on all private parties and events. Deposit will be returned upon checkout with a Six Acres staff member.
Out of resect to other guests in the house, parties and events must end at 11:00 p.m. unless there is a whole house rental.
